In 2015, she founded International The Ona Retail Ltd, through her wholly owned company, Cliventi Ltd (C 77775). International Fashion Company Limited operates in the retail sector and holds franchise agreements with Tendam, a major player in the premium mass-market fashion industry. The company currently manages eight retail outlets in Malta, offering well-known brands such as Springfield, Women’secret, Cortefiel, and Bortex. The company plans to expand further by opening new stores in both established and emerging retail locations.
Cliona Muscat also serves as an Executive Director of The Ona Group p.l.c., a company listed on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange (MSE), and the operator of AC Hotels by Marriott in Malta.
Additionally, she is a shareholder in Agmon Ltd, which opened the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in January 2025.
