Key Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
- Greet, welcome, and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information on current promotions, new arrivals, and products
- Operate the POS system for purchases, returns, and payments
- Handle all transactions securely and accurately
- Stay up to date with fashion trends and product availability
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Share customer feedback and sales insights with the Store Manager
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products and procedures
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
