Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel/brand standards.
- Assist with laundry, guest rooms, public areas, and other housekeeping duties as required.
- Communicate effectively within the department and ensure the Housekeeping Supervisor is well informed of any problems or queries that need follow-up.
- Replenish amenities and supplies according to brand standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, and safety practices.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
