AC Hotel by Marriott is currently seeking a motivated and organised Front Office Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
- Check guests in and out, and process reservations and cancellations efficiently
- Manage guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, providing accurate information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring issues are resolved to a high standard
- Ensure every guest enjoys a positive and memorable stay
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records
- Process payments for room bookings and additional services
- Maintain a neat, organised, and professional front office environment
- Coordinate communication between guests and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service
Requirements
- Excellent command of English
- Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Familiarity with Opera PMS is preferred
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
